Rose Seidler house in Wahroongah had an open day last Sunday. The place itself is amazing and has still retains the original (or at least period-authentic furniture). There was a sausage sizzle, art talks, Seidler home video footage and a bit of of bookshop running. The day was very well patronised by people of all ages and the digital-SLR-owning community was highly represented.
The Rose Seidler house is also open during the week. Take a look at the website for the Historic Houses Trust.
